Barbecue has always been more than just food for us—it’s a way of life. Miller's Backyard BBQ started with a simple idea: bring real, slow-cooked barbecue to Upstate New York. What began as backyard cookouts with friends and family turned into a passion for perfecting smoked meats. After years of competition, winning 8 Grand Championships and 3 Reserve Grand Championships, we knew it was time to share our craft with the community.
